Ever want to experience wine country but it seems too far away? Want to learn about a winery that enjoys bringing sustainability and science into their wine making?
Join us for a special Wine 101 Green Drinks with our guest, Kaitlin Anderson from Torii Mor Winery in Dundee, OR. With assistance from OregonWines.com, Kaitlin and her team will help attendees better understand the AVA’s specific to Oregon Wine Country.
Torii Mor, meaning “gateway to the earth”, brings a special touch to wine making that helps make wine more approachable while encouraging everyone to find their unique pallet.
$10 tasting fee will be collected for those that want to sample wine
Green Drinks is a monthly mixer that brings together great people, great ideas, and great beverages. With an overall theme of sustainability and triple bottom line business (people, planet and profit), everyone is welcome!
Meeting every 2nd Wednesday of each month, Green Drinks events are held at different pubs and businesses located throughout the Portland Metro and Westside communities.
Sometimes, there will be a dedicated speaker. Other times, it will be good, simple networking. For any event, bring some business cards and try to meet five new people.
For 2018, a goal is to make every event free to attend. There may be some events, however, that have a cover charge, to cover room rental fees, food and drink for hosted events, and payroll hours for Green Drinks staff.
